It's been a while since I last had a drink at Higashitotsuka. On this day, I happened to be in this area for some strange business that was half work and half play, so I decided to stretch my legs a bit, have a drink near Higashi-Totsuka Station, and head home with a full stomach. . Our target this time was our store, which I had seen in town magazines and other places and had been curious about. There aren't that many Asian or Ethnic Cuisine shops around Higashitotsuka, so I think this shop stands out a bit. If you go out of the east exit of Higashi Totsuka and go to the left, you will see "[a:14036684, Akindo Sushiro]", but after that, turn right at the corner and go up the hill. With Higashi-Totsuka Memorial Hospital on your left and OK Store on your right, our store is on your right after going up about 300 meters. Next door is a Mediterranean restaurant called [a:14015706, Flavor], which I haven't visited before. If you want to get more reviews, you'll probably call it a little drink and get lucky, but that doesn't fit my principles. When reviewing a product, I have a policy that I want to review it as a single serving, not just to collect reviews. Above all, I don't want reviews that can be seen as a way to get more reviews to remain in my records until later. So, this time, I will only use our store as originally planned. The store is located in the basement, and the entrance is when you go down the stairs, but the area around the stairs is dark, so it feels a bit difficult to enter. There was a light on the front signboard, and there was a plate on the door that said ``OPEN,'' so I opened the door and entered. The inside of the store is dimly lit, but the interior design has a very Ethnic Cuisine feel to it. It may be called a Bali resort style, but the seats are spaciously arranged to create a tropical atmosphere. It's a refreshing and comfortable space. It has a total capacity of 32 seats, 10 at the counter and 22 at 5 tables, but if you squeeze into seats with backrests, you might be able to fit a little more. (The official number of seats is 34.) There were no other customers, so I was seated at a table in the back. When you sit down, the waiter will bring you a menu. The shop is run by one woman and two men. Is it the owner, his wife and his part-time job? It was seen that. The menu is divided into food and drink menus, and you can see that the food menus are carefully prepared with photos as a general rule. The national flags are marked next to each dish, and there are countries such as Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore, and the spiciness is indicated by the number of chili peppers. As for our restaurant, there were no menu photos registered, so there will be a little more photos, but I thought it would be helpful, so I uploaded them. Needless to say, I was aiming for an ethnically Asian Ethnic Cuisine, but due to work commitments that day, I was in the mood to focus on Thai Cuisine, and for the drink I chose Singha Beer. There was no appetizer, so I asked the knob for a cold dish called larb moo. Singha beer was served first, and after waiting for about 10 minutes, Laab Moo was served. This larb moo is a cold dish made by mixing cabbage, purple onions, minced pork and chopped coriander, and lightly sprinkling chili peppers. The taste is adjusted with slightly sweet vinegar, and the flavor of coriander spreads in your mouth, giving it a very Asian taste. It tastes as expected and is perfect as a beer snack. It's just before the medical checkup, so we're wrapping up the session early. To finish off the meal, I chose gapao rice, the classic Thai Cuisine. The larb moo wasn't that spicy, so I asked for it to be spicy, and they happily complied. Including this point, the customer service at our store is very polite and pleasant. Gapao rice is served in about 9 minutes. It may be hard to see in the photo, but we were able to clearly see the holy basil that is the lifeblood of gapao rice. It was unusual that the eggs were hot spring eggs instead of fried eggs, but the taste was very good. The rice is supposed to be long-grain, but it looked like long-grain rice that was more sticky than I expected. Maybe it's blended rice. So, the taste was as expected. However, the total bill for the two dishes and beer was 2,480 yen. It seems that there is a service charge in addition to the consumption tax. Even if the taste is evaluated accordingly, the value for the cost performance cannot help but be low. There was only one customer after me, but I think this restaurant is generally expensive if you're drinking alone. We also have course meals and banquet meals, so I thought it would be better to enjoy a large variety of small quantities with a large number of people, which would bring out the best in terms of cost performance. Alternatively, it seemed that demand would expand even further if menus for single-drinkers (including twilight service) were also created. In any case, this is an independent store that is run with great care, so I wish them all the best.
