It was a late lunch and I was hungry, so I had Hamburg. Personally speaking, I would like the Hasegawa Hamburg for lunch to be a little more chewy. However, Hamburg is so soft and juicy that it goes well with rice. I don't know if it's because it's lunch, but even though it's Hamburg, there's no fork and knife, so I eat it with chopsticks.
