戸塚駅近くでは珍しいビストロ。
仕事中のランチで伺いました。
入店するとすぐ左側が厨房になっており、席はお店の奥側になっている造りです。
奥にカウンター席とテーブル席あります。
平日のお昼の為か空いていました。
お冷やがほんのりレモンの風味がするのが良いです。
注文は、

鶏もも肉の香草パン粉焼
地野菜、自家製パン、人参のスープ
前菜はサラダだけで無く温かいキッシュもあります。
人参のスープは熱々で優しいお味で美味しいです。
パンは全粒粉の自家製で温められています。
鶏もも肉も熱々です。
キメの細かい香草パン粉で焼き上げられていて中はジューシー。
粒マスタードソースは主張し過ぎないお味で鶏肉の味の邪魔をしていません。
野菜が美味しく優しいお味のバターライスが付いています。
デザートは別途ですが、欲を言えばコーヒーだけでもセットに含めて頂けたら嬉しいです。
グラスワイン3杯セット(1,650)もありますので休日にゆったり頂きたいですね。
全般的に優しい好みのお味ですので、また伺わせて頂きたいと思います。
