旦那様が多感な時期を過ごした戸塚エリアに出没です。同じ横浜でも私は海沿いに住んでいたので内陸はほとんど知らないのです。知らない街を歩くのは新鮮で面白いですよね。ちょうどサクラが柏尾川沿いに綺麗に咲いている日だったので、近くのカジュアルフレンチのお店をチョイスしてみました。
■ランチ ￥1650
メインをカナダ産豚肉のポトフORサーモンの蒸し焼きからチョイス
（自野菜サラダ、スープ、自家製パン）
グラスワインもランチにしては５種類あり、しかもグラスハーフサイズもあったのでちょっとで酔っぱらってしまう私にはありがたいのです。
スパークリングで乾杯しながら楽しい週末の始まりです～。
まずは綺麗に盛り付けられたサラダです。グリーン、キャロットラぺ、紫キャベツの酢漬け、ラタトゥイユです。ガツンと個性的というよりはどれも丁寧な味付けです。
お次はあたたかいビシソワーズです。何か葉っぱが乗っかっているのかと思いきや、丁寧にグリーンソースでスープの上に絵を書いてあります！濃厚で美味しかったですよ。
柔らかく軽やかなパンを頂きながら待っているとメインがやってまいりました。
大きなオーバルのお皿に大きなサーモンの蒸し焼きが乗っかっています。付け合わせにはオシャレな色とりどりの野菜たちと何故かバターライスがついているんですよね(*'▽')とってもユニークです。サーモンはふっくらと蒸されていますが少し脂身を感じます。その脂身を酸味のあるトマトソースで頂いたら丁度良い塩梅です。
旦那様のポトフも肉質が良く柔らかく煮込んであり、マスタードソースを付けたらバッチリでした。
シェフは調理お一人で丁寧にお仕事されているので、ゆっくり待ちますので時間に余裕を持って食べ進めましょうね。うちはワインをゆるりと飲んでいるので問題なしです（苦笑）お母さんの素敵な笑顔にこちらも楽しくなってしまいました。戸塚の良い思い出になりました。有難うございました。
