I asked Papa Baji. It is about a 7 minute walk from Totsuka Station. When I visited around 12:00, there were still seats available, but about 30 minutes later, the place was full. I ordered 3 glasses. Course contents: Amuse Quiche Appetizer 1 Salmon Mikuy with orange sauce Soup - Fresh onion soup Appetizer 2 Warm white asparagus with mustard sauce Fish - Poiled red sea bream with tomato and lime sauce Main - Hungarian duck breast roti Dessert - Strawberry soup and vanilla of your choice from the menu Ice cream, 2 types of homemade bread, and coffee, tea, or roasted green tea. In conclusion, everything is carefully made and delicious. The quiche has a crispy dough and I'm not crying. The pasteurized salmon is also wonderful and goes well with the orange sauce. The asparagus has been carefully trimmed and has just the right amount of bitterness and is delicious. The red sea bream is also delicious. The skin was well grilled and the sauce was delicious.The main duck was also nicely grilled and the sauce was delicious.The strawberry dessert also went perfectly with the refreshing ice cream and mint. No complaints. It makes sense that the chef is from the famous Cote d'Or restaurant. I'm so happy that I can easily go to such a good store in Totsuka. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.
