I visited here around 12:30 on a Saturday. I had seen a photo on Instagram of a row of bread, but perhaps it was sold out or there was a problem with the lineup that day, but there were only a few types of muffins and cakes. I only bought the "Weekend Lemon Cake". I couldn't eat it in the store, so they put it in a bag for me to take home. I ordered the "Luxurious Wagyu Tendon Bolognese" lunch set in the store. It was 300 yen more expensive than the single item (with all-you-can-drink drinks), but it was a great deal because it came with all-you-can-drink drinks, soup, and salad. The salad was served on a large plate, and it was enough to fill me up. The tuna salad on the right was especially delicious. The bolognese was also better than I expected. The noodles were fresh pasta. The slightly flat noodles were chewy and irresistibly delicious. (Maybe "bolognese" refers to noodles of this shape...?) The softly stewed wagyu tendon was also delicious and melted in my mouth. It was perfectly combined with the aromatic vegetables. The part sprinkled with grated cheese was even more delicious with the mellow flavor of the cheese. It also came with bread (focaccia?), which went really well with the meal... The bread itself was quite salty, so it was fine for mom to eat it too. But I recommend eating it with the rich sauce. It was like taking a mental trip to the beautiful cityscape of Bologna, Italy. It was so delicious. Ah, I wish I could have eaten the cake before going home... That's one thing I personally find a bit disappointing. I wonder why you can't eat it inside the restaurant. It would be nice if they only allowed it for lunch customers, but I guess there must be some reason behind it.
