横浜中華街に店を構える「 福満園 」のグループの分店が今年2019年の7月末に東戸塚にオープンした。
以前も中華料理店だったが店内も綺麗にリニューアルされ高級感が漂う設となった。
お値段は少し高めだがゆったりと食事が頂ける席配列だ。
本日で2回目の訪問となる。店の名物はXO醬の「黒チャーハン」や四川料理が中心の本格中華。
ランチはセットメニューなど6種類が定番。本日は単品「豚肉の青椒肉絲焼きそば」¥1,280を頂いた。
見るからに「美味しいに決まっている」見栄えのする焼きそばだ。
そばは生麺をカリッと焼き上げ、その上から青椒肉絲の餡が乗る。少し細麺の焼きそば香ばしく良い焼き加減。
豚肉はジューシーで筍や空芯菜はシャキッとした仕上がりだ。
サラリーマンのランチは¥1,000以内に収めたいところだが、偶にはプチ贅沢をしに伺いたい店だ。
