オーロラの新しい本格中華
買い物の序でにランチ。前も中華だった場所にオープンした新しい本格中華に初訪問。
オーダーはランチ定食セットから海鮮焼そばセットを選択。まずは付け合わせの棒棒鶏とザーサイがすぐに提供される。棒棒鶏は胡瓜が無い蒸し鶏のゴマだれ掛け。まぁ普通の味。ザーサイは唐辛子が多いが、見た目より辛く無く、こちらも普通の味。
暫く待ってメインの海鮮焼そばと卵スープに杏仁豆腐が登場。海鮮焼そばの餡掛けは塩味で、中華としてはアッサリして口当たりが良く美味しい。濃い味が好みの方には物足りないかも。海鮮の具は大振りで、特に海老はブリップリで食べ応えがある。卵スープはもう少し塩味が欲しい。料理は全体的に薄味で体には良さそう。杏仁豆腐は見た目と食感は昔ながらだが、味は最近の円やかなタイプ。
海鮮焼そばは単品の¥1420が、ランチセットで¥1480はお得感がある。本格四川麻婆豆腐も美味しそうだっので再訪ありのお店。

Go To Eatで検索したところ、前回は無かった筈の福盛楼さんがヒット。初訪の印象がまずまずだったので訪問。お店は各テーブルに消毒用アルコールを置いたり、ソーシャルディスタンスを考慮するなど、しっかりコロナ対策しており好印象。
オーダーはランチ定食セットから白身魚の黒酢かんかけ定食。先に提供されるバンバンジーとザーサイは可も不可も無く至って普通。続いて定食の本日のスープとデザートの杏仁豆腐も普通。メインの白身魚の黒酢あんかけは酸味がやや強くしっかりした味付けでご飯が進む。白身魚はふわふわ柔らかく美味しい。ただ本格中華にありがちなパイナップルが入っており、好みにも寄るが個人的には不要。
連れがオーダーした鶏肉とカシューナッツ炒め定食はボリュームたっぷり。
