東戸塚駅のモール館に入っている横浜中華街、福盛楼さんに伺いました。海鮮そば、麻婆豆腐、餃子を注文。海鮮そばには、大きめの立派な海老、イカ、青梗菜など入り、旨みたっぷりのおそばです。麻婆豆腐は、辛く無い普通の麻婆豆腐を注文しましたが、しっかり辛く、痺れました。餃子は、皮が柔らかく、箸で持ち上げると、折れ垂れ下がる感じ。お味はどれも美味しく、レベルの高い店でした♪
