タラちゃん

戸塚駅から歩いて5分程度の所にあるお好み焼き屋さん。小さなお店です。カウンター席で頂きました。席に鉄板はありませんが、お好み焼きは鉄皿で出してくれます。
ランチタイムに伺いましたが、ランチメニューは特には無さそうでした。頂いたのはそば肉玉イカ天ねぎ掛けのお好み焼きです。値段は1000円です。
麺は磯野の生麺、ソースはカープソースを使用しています。焼いているところはよく見えませんでしたが、途中でかなりヘラを押し付けて水分を飛ばしているようでした。
なんとなく悪いところはなさそうなのですが、頂いてみるとまとまりが悪くて、今一つの感じなのです。せっかくの磯野製麺の麺も美味しさが十分に伝わらないし、キャベツの火の通りも今一つです。些細なことの積み重ねの結果が、味に出てると感じました。
