最近カレーを食べていなかったので、仕事の合間のランチは戸塚にあるいつもの「パリカール」に行ってみました。毎度のパリカールの駐車場に車を付けると何やら店名が変わっていました。パリカールではなく「アジアンダイニング＆バーサクラ」とあります。車を停めてお店に向かってみると、看板が変わっていました。いつも仕事で通る東海道ですが、流石に看板までは見ていませんでした。経営が変わったのか単に店名が変わっただけなのかは不明。
店頭のメニュー看板には、本日のカレーという事で、読み取れたのが「チケンチーズカレです」と。これはチキンチーズのことでしょう。とりあえず入店してみると店内は先客なし。適当な席に着くと外国人スタッフがお冷を出してくれました。先ずは卓上のランチメニューを拝見。注文したのは「2種カレー」1,155円。カレーは「ほうれん草マトン」と日替わりの「チーズチキン」。ナンorライスはナンで。辛さは辛口で、ドリンクはラッシーをお願いしました。スタッフが「ナンライスオカワリデキマス」と。
すぐにランチサラダが出された。千切りキャベツ、サニーレタス、オニオンなどで、特有のオレンジ色のドレッシングがかけられています。そしてラッシーも出されました。料理を待っている間にもう一度メニューをちゃんとチェックすると、アジアンダイニングという事で、キムチ丼、やきそば、チャーハン、ガパオライスもあります。さらにドリンクにはローズラッシーというのもありました。ローズラッシーとはどんな物なのでしょうか。もっと良く見ればよかったです。
少し待って料理が出されました。卓上のカトラリーセットにはスプーンと箸が入っていましたが、フォークはありません。前店と同じような大きなナンが付いていました。流石にもうビックリはしないですね。先ずはチーズチキンを頂いてみます。至って普通のカレーで色あいも普通のカレー。上にクリームとネギがかけれれています。スプーンで1口食べてみると、思った程辛くなかったです。溶けたチーズが入っているのでまろやかに感じるのでしょうか。チキンは箸で頂きました。
ほうれん草マトンは緑色がとっても綺麗。こちらはチーズチキンよりも辛さを感じました。マトンはそこそこ大きな物が4個くらい入っていました。肉質は硬いですが美味しいですよ。やはりほうれん草カレーは美味しかったですね。
