最近、JR線と横浜市営地下鉄ブルーラインの交わる戸塚に、お蕎麦の新店が出来たようです。こちらは仕事上のホームグラウンドなのでランチのために伺ってみました。こちらは戸塚駅西口から旭町通り商店街を進んで、戸塚小学校の先の右側。元々「バッドアスコーヒー」ハワイアンなカフェだったところ。もともとカフェだった店舗なので、あまり蕎麦店と言った感じではないです。向かってみると、店頭にはメニュー看板が掲げてありました。どうやら自家製の手打蕎麦を出しているようです。
入店すると女性フタッフが迎えてくれて、奥の席に着きました。席に着くと冷茶を出してくれました。先ずは席に備え付けのランチメニューを拝見。メニューは正に蕎麦店のそれ。スタッフが別に出してくれたのが、数量限定の海鮮丼メニュー。こちらも気になりますが、私としては初めての蕎麦店では冷たい蕎麦とかつ丼を頼んでしまいます。という事で「かつ丼セット」1,150円と決めました。
こちらは最近多くなってきたモバイルでのオーダーです。スマホにQRコードを読み込んでそこから注文を入れます。過去の写真と見比べてみると、店内は以前のお店と基本的に変わらないです。多少テーブルなどは変更になっているようですが。店内に設置されている大型モニターを見ながら待っていると料理が出されました。
内容はかつ丼セットという事で、ミニかつ丼と蒸篭に盛られた蕎麦。それに別に薬味が付いていて、湯筒に入った蕎麦湯も付いていました。先ずは蕎麦が乾かない内に先に頂いてみます。ワサビはつゆに溶かさずに、蕎麦に直接付けて頂きます。薬味のネギは白ネギではなく青い小葱でした。蕎麦はかなりコシがあって私好みですね。ただ、つゆがかなり甘いです。あくまでも私の好みですが、コシのある蕎麦はもう少し濃いめのつゆの方が良いと思いました。
お蕎麦を少し味わったところでかつ丼を頂いてみます。半熟卵で綴じられたかつがいい感じ。卓上の唐辛子を振りかけて頂いてみます。上には三つ葉が乗っていました。頂いてみると、かつは揚げ立てのようで、表面はカリッとしていました。揚げ置きのかつは、表面がべちゃッとしていますが、これはサクサクで美味しいです。〆は用意されていた蕎麦湯を頂きました。この辺りはあまり蕎麦店がないですが良いお店が出来たものです。支払いは席にある番号を持ってお会計。
