夏はサッパリすだち蕎麦 in 大むら - 浜ノミクス
病院の帰りに一人ランチ。弘明寺はお気に入りの焼き鳥屋の「三酉屋」さん（コロナ禍で緊急事態宣言中の為、今はお休みだけど解除されたら皆様も是非是非）に行って以来だから１０カ月ぶりだ。なかなか楽しく活気のある商店街ですよね。お蕎麦屋さんを発見したので入ってみた。メニューにすだち蕎麦を発見！！嬉しい。大好き。大根おろしに小鉢まで付いて８８０円とは何てお得。揚げ茄子も中に入れてみて下さいと書いてあったので途中で投入。サッパリとした蕎麦汁に甘味とコクが出て尚更美味しい。お酒のアテに良さそうなメニューも沢山あったから、ゆっくり飲んで食べてみたいな。大満足満蔵でご馳走様でした。また行きまっしょい。

疲労回復、美容健康の為に一回２アンプルのプラセンタ注射を週に二回を腕に打っている。イテテの注射の後は、お楽しみのランチお気に入りの「大むら」さんへ。
季節毎のメニューが、ワクワクしますよね。メニューは何方が書いているのだろう？蕎麦屋さんなのに派手ワクつい、足を止めちゃう。やんごとなき絵のセンス。
前回に抜群に美味しかった「牛肉ピリ辛鍋」にしようと思ったが、流石に変えてみた。「牡蠣蕎麦 1050円」 プリップリの大きな牡蠣が５個も。餡かけ蕎麦になっていた。寒いので温まった～。味噌けんちん鍋も食べてみたいなー。大満足満蔵でご馳走さまでした。また行きまっしょい。
