【2011/11/15】 THE CHICKEN COOKERY TORIGE
上大岡駅の向かいのアーケードのある商店街（上大岡中央商店街（パサージュ上大岡）と言うらしい、昔は美容院通りと呼んだように記憶します）に２軒のTORIGEがあります。一軒は鶏肉の販売店（創業60年）でもう一軒は鶏を調理した惣菜を売っているDELIのお店です。ともに買い物をしたことがあり、特にDELIの方は鶏の丸焼きなど、家で作る時間がない時に買い求めて便利だった事があります。この商店街のさらに奥にはこの商店街とクロスした栄通りがあります。そこを左折してすぐに今度は「チキンクッカリー TORIGE」があります。この３店舗は同じ系列のお店のようです。
今日はランチにやって来ました。このお店を訪れるのは２度目です。１度はランチで、もう１度はディナーで来たことがあります。ランチメニューはいずれも鶏料理です。唐揚げランチとか本日のランチなどとパスタがあるようです。ランチメニューとは別にアラカルトも注文ができるようで、名物の“丸ごとチキン”もあります。これは、DELIのTORIGEと同じもののようですが、ちょっとだけ値段がこちらの方が高いようですが、付け合せなどを考えると極めて良心的な価格だと思います。
“信玄とりランチ”を注文しました。「信玄どり」は山梨県東八代郡産の鶏で育てる時に与えるエサに無添加の物を与えているというブランド鶏だそうです。これをハーブをまぶしてローストにしてあります。

ライス、スープ、サラダ、ドリンクがランチメニューすべてに付きます。
飲み物はウーロン茶を注文。
まずスープとサラダがサーブされます。スープは薄い白湯スープのようなチキン・スープで美味しいものです。信玄どりのローストは専門店だけあってさすがと言うか焼き方がすごく上手で、ハーブの香りもよくジューシーでに焼きあがっています。
BGMはBlues。Jazz、Bossa NovaでもなくAmericanPopsでもなくBluesなのは珍しいですね。スタッフに好きな人がいるのでしょう。このお店のジャンルは鶏料理をメインにしたダイニングで、店内でも専用のワインセラーなんかもあって豊富なワインが揃っています。数人でワインを頼んで、鶏料理でのコースか一品料理を食べるのが一番よい利用の方法だと思いました。
