鶏肉店が経営する店との事でランチで訪問。
王道としては、唐揚げランチから攻めるのだろうが、本日のランチに目を向ける。
Ａ チキンカツレツ・チーズたっぷりのトマトソースかけ
Ｂ 信玄鶏のソテー デミグラスソース（チーズ乗せだったか？失念）
Ｃ パスタ（眼中に無いので記憶なし）
鶏肉にデミグラスって合うのかな～？
今回はＡランチのチキンカツレツ￥９４５で様子見。
ランチビール￥３１５もオーダー。
Ａ、Ｂランチ共にカップスープ、サラダ、ライス、ドリンク付き。
ドリンクでホットコーヒーを選ぶと、セルフでお代り自由。
ちょいと時間が経過して、スープ、サラダ、ランチビールが同時にサーブされた。
サラダはともかく、スープとビールが一緒とは・・・。
ギネスビールを売る店なのだから、どちらを先に出すか訊くべきではないか？
取り扱いはギネス以外はサッポロ＆エビスなので、コレはサッポロ。
￥３１５にしては、グラスの量は妥当。
◇スープ
色・味とも薄いチキンブイヨン。
ワケギを散らし、可もなく、不可もなく。
寒い時期だから、もう少し熱くても良いのでは？
◇サラダ
櫛切りトマト×２
スライス・オニオン
レタス
ドレッシングは和風オイル。
サラダを摘みながら、ランチビールを飲み干し、暫ししてチキンカツ＆ライスがサーブされた。
ここで、ランチワイン￥３９９白を追加。
◇チキンカツレツ
白い皿に薄くて、面積大のチキンカツレツ。
そこへトマトソースがタップリと注がれる。
付け合わせはプリーツレタスに乗せられた、櫛切りの業務用ポテトフライ。
カツレツだから、肉の厚さが薄いのが良い！
これが単なるカツなら、肉厚でないといけない。
部位は胸肉。
パサパサとせず、柔らかくシットリしているがジューシーさが無く、チキンらしさは物足りない。
上品な肉を、きめ細かいパン粉で揚げており、高齢の方には問題ないと思う。
オリーブオイルの量からすると軽やかなトマトソースに、かなりチーズを効かせた味で賛否両論あろうが、クドくはないと。
ベースのトマトソースが及第点なので、敢てチーズを使わなくても別の味付けが有るのでは？
◆総評 ☆２．５◆
今回は敢て厳しくさせて頂く。
致命的なのは、ライスの不味さ。
今時、こんな酷いライスは珍しい。３口で残した。
牛丼屋の飯のほうが、よっぽどマシだ。
いや、サトウの御飯のほうが・・・。
硬めの炊き加減はオムライスに使うチキンライスの為とは理解するが、米の艶も香り無いし、温度もヌルイ。
皿に盛って放置したワケではないのだから、ジャーの保温温度が低いと見た。
好みだろうが、メインの味付けはライスに合うとは思えない。
パンが選択出来れば、評点は３を付けられたが。
私は昼から酒を呑む人種だから飯を残せば済むが、ランチで午後からの活力を得たい客としたらガッカリだろう。
飯を食わせる店としては失格だ。
コーヒーもセルフで、ファミレスのドリンクバーと同様。
お代り自由でも、これは遠慮したい。
グランドメニューが置いてあるので、そちらを選択したほうが正統な評価か？
但し、それが出来るのは私のような不謹慎な昼から飲酒する輩だけだ(笑)
私が食事していた時は、サラーりーマン客が複数居たが誰も喫煙はしていなかった。
食後のコーヒーを飲んでいた時に来店した妙齢の御婦人が、オーダー後に早速スパスパ(-。-)y-゜゜゜
呑み屋と定食屋に禁煙を求める気はないが、ランチタイムは禁煙にして欲しい店だ。
ランチタイムの女性客比率が多いようだから・・・。
