焼き鳥、というと、ちょっと番外編のお店になってしまうかもしれませんが、鶏肉が美味しい、という意味で、鶏肉料理専門店、「TORIGE」もよく伺います。
焼き鳥屋さん、串屋さんではないので、焼き鳥系のメニューは数種類です。他の焼き鳥屋さんにまだ行っていない時期は、TORIGEの焼き鳥メニューに感動していましたが、上大岡の他の焼き鳥屋さんに行き始めると、正直、ちょっと物足りない気が…。
ただ、こちらは、鶏肉料理専門店、ということで、鶏肉を様々な形で味わえます。「丸ごとチキン」は、ハーフサイズもあるので、伺う時の、人数によって選べるのは有難いです。レバーペーストや、ハツと砂肝のガーリックソテーといった、お酒の友にぴったりのメニューも多く、そのためか、意外に、お酒の種類は豊富です。ギネスを取り扱っているところだけでも、ある意味こだわりを感じますが、ワインも手ごろな値段で、しかも、グラスで試せるものもいくつかあるのは嬉しいです。
お値段は、ちょっと高めな気がしますが、ここでしか味わえない料理やお酒もあるので、それを楽しみに行ってしまいます。
