Visited again after a long time. It's crowded. I made a reservation, so I sat comfortably at a table. It's been a while since I last saw an aburi shop. Compared to last time, today's recommended half-price menu included skirt steak, so it was reasonably priced. Start with thick-sliced Cow tongue, then enjoy harami, short ribs, heavy loin, top-quality offal, legally processed liver sashimi, senmai sashimi, hachinosu sashimi, yukhoe, chive pancake, bibimbap noodles, and stone-grilled yukke bibimbap.
