お店の目印はソフトクリーム♪

店内はカフェとパン屋さんが
一緒になってる。
さてドイツパンです！
頂いたのは以下二つ↓
☆チョコフレークバー
サクサクの層生地の中にずっしり
しっかりしたチョコが！
チョコの中にはクランチした
アーモンド？クッキー？が
入っていてザクザク食感。
チョコは甘さ控えめなので
生地の味もよくわかる！
バランスのいいチョコ系パン！
☆ルスティコ ギッフェリ
名前の意味を調べてみると…
ルスティコ＝田舎風
ギッフェリ＝クロワッサン
『田舎風クロワッサン』ですね！
クロワッサンの軽さはなく、ずっしり
しっかりとしたパンでした。
5回6回と噛むとすごくしっかりした
甘みというか味がわかります。
なるほど、この噛めば噛むほど味が！
というのがドイツパンなのですね！
これは、もう一個食べたくなりました笑
パンの製造過程や粉や生地は詳しくないですが
ドイツパンについて調べていたとき、「ライ麦を
中心に使う」といった記述を見かけた。
ライ麦パンはふすまパンと並ぶダイエットに
うれしいパンのようで！
おなかにもしっかりたまるし、何よりおいしい。
こちらでいただいてすっかりドイツパンに
興味津々になりました！
お店の奥は喫茶店。
購入したパンを食べながら、ゆっくり
お茶が飲めます！

大通り沿いで駐車場がないので
