本日のおすすめランチ（大盛りごはん・味噌汁・小鉢・お新香付き）の中から、
ポーク生姜焼き（クリームコロッケ付き）、なす味噌炒めを注文。
ポーク生姜焼きは、調理前にブロック肉から一枚ずつスライス。
肉は２枚だけだが、厚みがあり食べ応え十分。
甘辛に味付けされており、どんぶり飯が進むこと進むこと。
なすの味噌炒めは、一手間掛けて味噌で炒める前に油通しをしており、コクが加わり
色鮮やか。ピリ辛の味付けで、こちらも大盛りごはんが進む。
食後にはプチコーヒーが付き、650円で大満足。
家庭的な定食屋さんがこの界隈には皆無なため、貴重なお店である。
またぜひ訪問したい。
