上大岡のお好み焼き屋「花之木」の\500ランチを食べに行ってきました。
場所はいわゆる上大岡の栄えていない方の出口からすぐ（表現が失礼でごめんなさい）。
13：20頃に伺うと、こじんまりした店内はほぼ満席。女性グループがほとんどで後は男女のペアが1組。
店内はきれいで、シンプルながらおしゃれな雰囲気。女性客が多いのもうなずける、っていうかここにジロリアン（ラーメン二郎中毒者）のようなむさい野郎達がいたら違和感ありまくりですな。かくいう自分は男一人で行ってきたのですが…（しかも二郎大好き）
ランチのお好み焼きメニューはエビとか明太子とかチーズとか色々と選べるのですが、今回はシンプルに豚お好み焼きを注文。ミニサラダにドリンク、女性にはミニデザートも付きますよ。
この店は自分で焼くスタイル。すぐにお好み焼きのタネがやってきたです。
意外と溶き粉が少ないんですね。けど卵が1個ストンと入ってます。
しっかり撹拌して油をひいた鉄板に落としていきます。ボリュームはやや小さめ。厚さ1センチ程で直径10センチちょいくらいまでのばす。 その間にミニサラダ到着 サニーレタスと水菜のサラダに和風ドレッシングのかかったミニサラダ。小さいけどあるのと無いのじゃ大分違いますよね。
鉄板は比較的温度が低く設定されていて我が家のホットプレートで焼く時よりも焼き上がりに時間がかかりましたが、我が家の温度設定が通常より高いのかも。 ここだったら焦げ付く心配はないし、その間会話も弾むかな。実際隣の席の女性陣はお好み焼きそっちのけで会話に花が咲いておりました。それでもお好み焼きは焦げるでなく程よい状態を保っています。
そんなこんなで自分のも焼けてまいりました。ソースやマヨネーズ、青のりなどはそれこそお好みで自分でトッピング。
普通過ぎて笑われそうな出来栄え。 ヘラで切り分けていただきまーす。 うん、いたってオーソドックスかつシンプル。安心できる味です。
ボリュームは控えめで男性陣には（一部女性陣も？）やや物足りないかもですね。けどお店で食べるお好み焼きのセットとしてはとても良心的でコストパフォーマンスは結構高いと思います。本当にお世辞抜きで。
夜の部はお酒のメニューが豊富で焼酎の銘柄がズラッと並んでます。 まずはご馳走様でした〜
