子供の誕生日にどこがいいと聞くと鉄板焼屋！というのでいつもの花之木に予約してうかがいました。金曜日ということもあり、予約は必須ですが、やはり行ったときには私たちのスペース以外は満席でした。
こちらに行くとき我が家はいつも子供連れなのですが、どちらかというと大人がお酒を飲む雰囲気満載なので、場違い感は否めません。
今日は豚ぺい焼き、塩豚ネギカルビ？(正確な名前忘れました)、豚もちお好み焼き、明太子もちチーズもんじゃ、牛バター焼き、チキン焼きそば、あとは野菜炒め等を頼みました。
豚ぺい焼きの肉の切り方が以前と違ったので、伺ったらやはり卵の量も多くなったとのこと、初め、ワインバルなので、とお店の方がおっしゃっていたので、？？？と思ったのですが、やはり…、このときになってお店のサブタイトルが変わっていたことに気がつきました。以前は月島もんじゃ～という感じだったかと。
でも、味は変わらず美味しくて、特にもんじゃはなぜこんなに美味しいのかと感動する美味しさです。
こちらは焼くときの温度に合わせて、お料理が出てくるようです。なのでお好み焼きが豚ぺい焼きよりも先に出てきました。焼き具合も気を付けて出しているお店の方針がいいですね。
