上大岡京急百貨店1Fの、フロアにある、宗家 源吉兆庵。
丁度、春のフェアの真っ最中で、サクラのハナをメインに、ガラス張りのフロアいっぱいに、
新商品が、溢れて、満載になってます。
サクラといえば普通、桜餅です。ここでは、道明寺でした。
購入したのは「桜花しぐれ」・・・茶道のお菓子のような
白い練切りの中に、ピンクの練切りが入っていて、
てっぺんに、桜ちゃに使う、桜の塩漬けが・・・。
甘～い・・ショッパ～い スゴい・・・
もう１個は、「桜衣」・・・薄いピンクのふわふわケーキを、片面だけ焼いて
つぶつぶあんこで包んだもの。
この2つは、とても対照的で、違うお茶菓子を、いっぺんに
食べられたという満足感が得られます。
ほかに、賑わしていたお菓子は、ひな祭りの、ひな人形状のようかんです。
菱形の箱に入ってます。
左近の桜に対し、右近の橘のほうは、柑橘系のお菓子です。
いろんな菓子を入り混ぜてます。
美味しいか、とにかく、ご覧あれ～・・
