初訪なのでお店の看板メニュー、肉うどんと思いましたが、以外にもバリエーション多く、丼ものメニューも色々とで、一旦悩んだ末、牛すじうどんを選択。
見るからに濃いめなスープ、醤油ベースの大根と煮込まれた牛すじ煮込みに、鰹出汁のうどんスープを合わせた感じ。
ランチサービスの半ライス、パスさせていただきましたが、こりゃ白飯は必須でしたね。若しくは、ホッピーセットも欲しくなりますね。
うどんの腰は軽く程度で、口の中でモチモチとして好みのタイプ。
機会があれば、イヤ機会を作って、と思います。
