Kainomi is delicious! ``Wagyu Kainomi'' may be a little expensive at 1,600 yen, but it is a rare part of the beef and there are not many restaurants that stock it. Although it is marbled, it is not greasy and has a delicious taste that melts in your mouth. Isn't this perfect for people who don't like the greasy taste of short ribs? I took a picture of a sea bream, but my camera wasn't working so I took it with my cell phone, so I'm sorry for the poor quality. Does this store have many regular customers? It's not always full of customers, but it's there. It has been around for quite some time, and although it is far from the station, it has survived many difficult times, probably because it has many regular customers. In addition to Kainomi, I've eaten various things like Tongue Shio and Kalbi, and they are all very soft. There was only a small amount of sauce for the grilled meat on the small plate, and to be honest, I thought it wasn't much. However, even with the fat from the meat mixed in, it did not become diluted and was delicious until the end. On the contrary, I felt that the fat from the meat mixed in and added depth to the flavor of the sauce. So, if you don't have enough sauce, you can just refill the sauce, but there was no need to do that. I found my favorite dish, ``beef tendon stew'', for 500 yen, so I ordered it. It had a slightly sweet taste, was soft and delicious. However, in the case of suji, I like the thick Achilles part, but that wasn't included. It's a little disappointing, but there are many people who don't like this Achilles part. Also, the Achilles part is cheap, so I guess they purposely omitted the cheap parts that some people don't like. I realized later that it would have been delicious to make a beef tendon bowl by pouring this stewed beef tendon over rice and adding an egg! Since it's a store that sells yukhoe, they definitely have eggs, so I should have just asked. I wanted to order the ``Wagyu Yukhoe'' for 1,200 yen, but it was over my budget, so I decided against it this time. I think I'll go and try it next time. Overall, although the price was high, the quality of the meat was good and the sauce was delicious.
