根岸駅から16号線に出て歩くとラーメン店が
２軒並んでいる。また１軒はさんで中華店がある。
今日はこちらでランチ。
小さいランチメニューを見ると意外に他店と
比べると高め。
高めと言っても６００円台が無いというだけだが。
そこで店内でグランドメニューを見てからにしよう。
するとサンラー麺８８０円を発見。
いってみましょう！
飲み屋っぽい店内は居抜きなのだろうか。
でも広くていいですよ。
到着したサンラー麺は酸っぱい香りが立つ。
でも若干違う感じが・・・。
食べてみて確認。多少ケチャップを使っているのではないか？
それに具材がなんか違う・・・肉がいない。
では何が入っていたかというと、粗く切ったエビとイカである。
おおッ、これは斬新だ。
さらに緑の固まりがある。なんだこれ？ブロッコリーだ！
これは初めてだ。
しいたけなんかは厚めに切られていて旨味抜群！
豆腐もしっかり入り具沢山。
ケチャップを使った酸味とパンチのある辛味のバランスはイイ。
またエビとイカの甘みがこれまた際立つ。
普段エビを食べないだけになおさら甘さを感じる。
また餡もHeavyですよ。
もちろん餡まで完食でごちそうさま！
