コスパ最強 杉田のお気に入りビストロ～１＋１１～＠京急杉田いつの間にか七月になってしまった！！ （笑）
ぼーっとしてると、すぐ正月がやってきますね。
毎日暑くて「まだ梅雨なの？」と思ってしまうくらい夏ですが、皆さん如何お過ごしですか。
さて わたしのお気に入りのお店が増えまして。
京急杉田駅から徒歩３０秒という場所にあるビストロ。
１＋１１ これが店名なんですけどね、 「けい」と読むんですよ。
わかります？ Ⅰ＋ ⅠⅠ です！！
ご想像通り、 店主の名前が 「けいくん」 ですよ～。
お通しがレバーペースト 日替わりでお通しは違うんだけど、このレバペ本当に美味しい。
早速ワインに オレンジワインというのをお勧めしてもらいました。
甘いのは苦手だなー と思ってたんだけど オレンジワイン 全然甘くない。
キリリッと辛口で爽やか。 美味しかった～
オレンジワインと言っても オレンジを使っている訳ではなく
赤ワインと同様に果皮と種を果汁と一緒に漬け込んで醸造されてワインです。
ポテサラにはどーん と浅〆の〆鯖 ボリュームも凄い。
ピクルス
生ハムもすっごく美味しい。
ワインが進みます～

蛸のエスカルゴバター これはもう！！ 取り合いになるくらい美味しい～！！
鰹のたたき
実はけいくんのお父様は 昔杉田で魚の居酒屋をやってました。
その流れで、けいくんのお店も海鮮がすごく美味しいんですよ！！
パスタも食べたいね！！ってことで、 大葉のジェノベーゼ
大葉大好き！！ 美味しかった～
お料理は 店主のけいくん一人でやっているので、混雑時は少し時間がかかることもあるけれど
凄く待ったなーということもなく 一人で作ってるのに手際いいな といつも思います。
あー また行きたい。
お店に行くときは 予約がお勧めですよ～。
