この度、 JR根岸線(京浜東北線)の「新杉田駅」の近くに、新規・オープンした
「焼肉、ジンギスカン」がとても美味しいと評判の『熔岩焼肉 快晴』です。
新杉田駅から徒歩３分、国道16号線に面した立地条件の良い場所に『熔岩焼肉 快晴』の店舗はあります。
お店の大きな看板が、見るからに「快晴」というイメージなので、直ぐにわかると思います。(笑い)
ところで、当店の看板料理は「生ラム」を使った焼肉(ジンギスカン)でしょう。
牛の焼肉店や、普通のジンギスカン店はよく見かけます。
しかし、「生ラム」を使った焼肉店は、あまり見かけないので、これは狙い目でしょう。
この度、「生ラム」を使った焼肉(ジンギスカン)の美味しいお店がオープンしたと聞いたので、
早速訪問してみました。
ランチタイムは、11:00～14:00、
ディナータイムは、17:00～23:00です。
また、ランチメニューのラインナップは次の通りです。

・ミックス定食、1,210円

今回、『熔岩焼肉 快晴』での注文は、ランチメニューの「生ラム肉の焼肉」にしました。
注文は、『ラム定食、1,100円』です。
『ラム定食』
生のラム肉と、サラダと、スープと、ライスと、お新香が付いています。
コーヒーはセルフサービスで飲み放題です。
当店の「生のラム肉の焼肉」は、とても美味しいです。
普通の「ジンギスカン」や「生のラム肉の焼肉」には、羊の臭いが臭いものも時々見かけますが、
あれは肉質が良くないからです。
当店の「生のラム肉の焼肉」は、臭いも全くなく柔らかいので、高品質ということが自ずからわかります。
当店『熔岩焼肉 快晴』は、とても美味しい焼き肉店なので、オススメです。
