飲食店がなかなか長持ちしない場所で、前のインドカレー屋も1年ともたずに撤退したような気がしますが、今度は焼肉屋さんが入りました。
平日昼間に早速行ってみると、ランチメニューに「ラム定食」が♪
ジンギスカンが好きなのですが、妻が羊肉が苦手なためなかなか食す機会がありません。
一人なので、ここぞとばかりにラム定食を頼みました。
「溶岩焼肉」と銘打ったお店なので溶岩プレートで焼くのですが、これにどういう意味があるのかは正直分かりません。
ただ、ラムは非常に美味しいです！
元々嗅覚が鈍いせいか、肉に対して臭いと感じたことが無いので自信はありませんが、全く臭みは無いと思いますし、ラム独特の食感と甘みが十分に感じられました。
前の前は居酒屋で、その時は訪店したことはありませんが、次のインドカレー屋は何度か訪店し、無難に良い店でした。
駅からは遠くないのですが、人の流れからは少し外れている上に空中物件ですし、駐車場もコインパーキングしか無いので、余程特徴が無いとなかなか長続きしない場所なのは確かです。
インドカレー屋は石を投げれば当たるぐらいあるので、変化球としてはキレが悪く、それ程特徴も無かったので長持ちはしないだろうなと思っていました。
焼肉屋は界隈に多いので（しかもハイレベル）、羊肉を前面に出して、何ならジンギスカン専門店ぐらいの勢いの方が生き残れそうな感じがします。
