【2024年2月訪問】
港南台駅から徒歩圏内にある老舗洋食屋さんです。
平日のランチタイム12時20分頃に利用しました。
ちょうど先客が出たところで
すぐに席につけましたが店内は満席でした。
ご主人が調理、奥様(?)がフロア担当というスタイルのようでした。
ランチメニューが多くて目移りしましたが、
(連日になっても心配なし！)
カツカレーを注文しました。
まずサラダなどが提供されてメインを待ちました。
オープンキッチンではありませんが
揚げている音や炒めている音が聞こえますので
期待が膨らみました。
提供されたカツカレーは
シルバーのプレートに盛り付けられた
クラシカルなスタイルでした。
カツはルーがかかっているため
全体的な見た目はわかりませんが
食感、熱さからは揚げたてだと思われました。
肉の厚さは厚くもなく薄くもなくといったところでしょうか。
カレーはあと味がピリッとして
入っている肉はひき肉で
野菜も入っているのだと思いますが
全て溶けるまで煮込まれているようでした。
福神漬、らっきょうは別添えでした。
ご主人はテキパキと調理をされていますが
注文をひとりでさばいているため
提供までに30分以上かかりました。
ランチタイムは開店早々に行くか、
13時過ぎにした方が良さそうでした。
