奥さんはサーロイン
私はWロイン（リブロース＋ヒレ）
それぞれスープバーブレッドバーをつけて注文
サラダバーはアルコール消毒後にマスク、手袋着用で
透明なスクリーンが張ってありコロナ対策は万全
だと思いました。
焼きたてパンはクロワッサンとぶどうパンは
美味しかったけど、以前にあったミルクパンがなくて残念
スープはコーンポタージュにしたが
フォルクスのコーンポタージュは美味しい
私は焼き加減をレアにしたが
肉が薄かったのでレアは難しかったのか
ほぼヴェルダンだった
逆に奥さんはミディアムにしたけどレア気味
以前もそうであったが
焼き加減はあまり当てにならないのかも
私は肉の味は美味しいと感じたけど
奥さんは以前より味が落ちたと言っていた
フォルクスのサーロインは
余計な脂身をカットしていないのか
脂身が多くて５０歳オヤジには
少しヘビーかも、、、、
ヒレぐらいがいいのかもしれません
ステーキが気軽に食べられて
サラダバー、スープバー、ブレッドバーで
お腹が満たせる
そういう点ではおすすめだと思います
