こちらは、磯子区洋光台にある美味しそうなパン屋さんです。
以前からマークしてました。
洋光台の住宅地にある小さなパン屋さんでした。
洋光台も結構広いですが西公園の近くでした。
お店が小さいですが駐車場もクルマ1台停められるくらいあります。
店内に入れるのはお客1組のみ。
マスク着用必須でマスクの無いひとは店外でのやり取りになるとの事でした。
店名の“Boulangerie”とはフランス語で「職人自らが小麦を選び、粉をこねて、焼いたパンをその場で売るお店」の事だそうです。
(日本でいう“ホームベーカリー”のパン屋さんのことかな?)
単にパンを販売するだけでなく、フランスでは法律で定められてるそうです。
そして“SOHA”とは店主の姪っ子さんの名前に由来してるとの事です。
伊勢原市に“ブノワトン”という有名なパン屋さんがかつてあり、こちらの店主はそこで修業されたそうです。
購入品 : レモンケーキ(209円税込)、所謂フランスパン、所謂スコッチケーキ。最終請求金額 : 829円。
女性店主ひとりで切盛りされてるお店なのでパンの種類や数は少ないです。
所謂フランスパンは、すうごく硬かったです。
拙僧はハードなパンに余り魅力を感じないのですが、パン好きな方は一度行かれると良いかもしれません。
