前からいつか行ってみようと思っていた焼肉屋さんかと思いきや、前も焼肉屋さんだったところがこちら「たかやま」さんに変わっていました。
店内はファミレス風ですが、お子さんを遊ばせるスペースがあったり、座敷席があったりとなかなか落ち着けそうな雰囲気です。
ボックス席に案内されると、メニューはタブレットでした。
この日は軽めのランチと思っていたので焼肉はパスして、ランチメニューから「黒毛和牛炙りネギトロ丼」を選びました。夫は名前は忘れましたが「カルビうどんセット」を。
目の前の焼き網を前にして、やっぱり何か焼きたくなったので「ホルモン１人前」を追加しました。
黒毛和牛炙りネギトロ丼。
ネギトロではなく、その代わりに和牛100％のミンチ、たくあん、韓国のりが乗っています。
小さな瓶に三種類の醤油が付いてきます。醤油・甘口タレ・辛口タレの3種類。
見た目、ネギトロが薄く四角い形で乗せられているのがちょっと業務用チックに感じました。
味も黒毛和牛という感じでは無かったかな。お肉の味が薄く、生卵の味に負けてます。
肉の味が濃ければ普通の醤油が良かったのですが、この場合は辛口が一番好みでした。
韓国のりと一緒に食べると良く合っていて美味しかったです。
夫のビビン麺はピリッと辛口で、ニンニクも効いており美味しいようでしたが、食べた後、調味料の味がずっと舌に残っていたみたい。
付け合わせの豚軟骨味噌には美味しかったです。
そして一番美味しかったのはやはり網で焼いた「ホルモン」でしたが、550円で4切れほど。
噛むとじゅわっと脂が染み出てきて美味しいけれど、ちょっと少ないですかね・・・
お肉を焼いていないので焼肉屋としてはどうなのかは何とも言えませんが、ランチメニューをいただいた感じだと、まぁまぁと言ったところでしょうか。
