平日12時ちょっと過ぎランチ訪問。店内はカウンター7席、二人掛けテーブル×1、四人掛けテーブル×2、六人掛けテーブル×2。基本は夜の営業だからか暗めで居酒屋風。先客7人。案外女性客が多い。
ランチメニューから黒胡麻担々麺、チャーシュまぶし小飯セット1030円を注文。待ち時間は約10分くらい。
担々麺は黒胡麻の風味がとても良い。辛味、塩気は控えめ。もう少し辛い方が好きだが優しい旨味がある。スープの温度がやや低かったのが残念。麺の茹で加減はちょうど良い。
チャーシューまぶし小飯はチャーシューの味付けが絶妙でかなり美味しい。単品、フルサイズで食べたいくらい。
杏仁豆腐が付くのだが濃厚でしっかりした食感。最近食べた中では一番だった。
スタッフは厨房に男性一人、ホール兼調理補助の女性が二人。明るく丁寧な接客が良い。料理も丁寧、まじめに作っているのが良く分かる。
担々麺が小振りで満腹にはならなかったが大盛りが無料と後で気づく。次回はそうしよう。あるいは夜に訪問も楽しそうだ。
