ココス金沢八景店 さん へ足を運ぶと・・・驚愕の美味しさ！
以来ちょくちょく出かけるようになった。
まず基本メニュー（？）ビーフハンバーグ。
美味い。
肉の粗びき感に好みが別れるかもしれないが自分はOK！
ソースも良く、何より自分で｢焼き締める｣のが前提の、
（例の狂牛病事件以来見られなくなった）ミディアムな焼き加減が嬉しい。
肉食った感（？）を味わいたいなら大きい（＝2枚じゃない）方がよいかと。
四角い外観といい味といい、今は亡き（復活したらしいw）ウェンディーズを思い起こさせる。なるほど同じゼンショーの系列ゆえかも（笑）
包み焼きハンバーグ。
ミディアムで出すことはないオーブン焼きゆえ上記とはテクスチャーも変えてある。肉質に特筆すべきものはないもののソースが、特に香りが良く
美味い。
ホイルの中にソースが残るのでパンがお勧め。バゲット自体も美味しい。
ワインが欲しい味である。車で来るほかはないのがウラメシイ（笑）
季節限定らしいフォアグラのせ包み焼きハンバーグ・ベリーソース。
安っぽく聞こえてあまり使いたくない表現なのだが、
絶品！である。
香り高いソースに甘さとフルーティーさを加え、フォアグラとのマッチングは素晴らしい。
ベリーを感じるシチューに煮込まれた柔らかいスネ肉も美味い。
食べ進むとテンションが上がってくる（笑）味である。
是非公共交通機関使用でワインを！
本当はちゃんとしたサービスの、ちゃんとした内装の店で食べたい味だが（笑）
驚くべきコストパフォーマンス（！）には抗えない。
特にホイル包み焼きは味の安定性も期待でき（笑）どこの店でも安心してオーダーできる。
