クラフトビアを買いにきました。
営業は２Fでオナー？含めて3名で営業されてました。
本日のビールは
１．ペールエール・・・自慢の一品で飲みやすい
２．ツバイツェン・・・やわらかフルーティな白ビール
３．ブリュットインペリアル・・・シャンパンがライバル
４．アンバーエール・・・琥珀色の麦芽風味リッチ
５．ビターレスエール・・・苦くないホップリッチ
No1の看板ビールマグサイズ\75oを注文。
ビールと一緒にチャージ\2ooのナッツが出てきました。
料理メニューがあったので、そこからハムカツコロッケ\39oを注文。
ちょっと失敗しと感じたのは、店内で揚げるので、フライヤーの温度と
揚げる時間が多少かかることを忘れてました。
パクチーとルッコラのサラダ、横須賀野菜のバーニャカウダなど、
すぐ出る一品にすべきでした。
じっくりペールエールを味わえば良いのですが、
とても飲みやすい爽やかなビールで、グイっと飲み干しそうな感じです。
ビールを追加オーダーすれば、良いのですが、ビールを買って持ち帰り
お家でクラフトビアを楽しみたいのでセーブ。
帰りに、量り売りでmyボトルに詰めて帰りたいのでOKか聞くと、
劣化が早いので、出来れば1時間以内に飲んでくださいと・・・ちょっと無理。
瓶ビールがありますと勧められたので、IPA\64oを購入。
さてIPAの味は・・・
