[2023/02/11] [b: Soba/Alcohol/Small Dishes Ichi Kanazawa Bunko Store] I found a soba restaurant inside the Kanazawa Bunko Suzuran Street Shopping Center at the east exit of Keikyu Kanazawa Bunko Station. In front of you is "Chinese Cuisine Minami". When I asked about it, I was told that it had been open for about three and a half years. The shop curtain says Kanazawa Bunko Store, so I wondered if it was a branch of some place, and then I remembered that there was a store called ``Ichi Classic'' on Bashamichi. I wonder if it's an affiliated store. Enter the store and sit at the counter seat. The counter seats extend to the back, and there are likely table seats in the back as well. I thought it was a run-down old-fashioned soba restaurant, but it was surprisingly modern, with Nina Simone singing in the background. Looking at the menu, I found tempura with cold soba noodles, and there were two types depending on the amount of Tempura: normal and small, but I decided to order the larger one. Tenmori ¥1,600 2 shrimp tempura, 4 vegetables When I looked in the kitchen, I saw a large soba noodle machine sitting on top of a boiling pot. I was waiting for the soba noodles to be finished, wondering if I wasn't using a noodle machine because the cut soba noodles were boiled in a separate area. The soba noodles that came out were placed in a colander and shone beautifully. It's a thin soba noodles, and according to the product description, it's 28 soba noodles. I was told that I could eat Tempura shrimp from the head on. I guess they don't use frozen shrimp. The vegetable Tempura was half an eggplant, thickly sliced lotus, pumpkin, and green pepper. There was powdered salt (snow salt?) on the side of the plate, so I decided to eat the shrimp with salt. The soba noodles are cut into thin, neatly arranged pieces, so it doesn't look like they're made by hand, but they go down smoothly and are delicious. Soba soup is a sweet soup with a strong dashi stock. I enjoyed the cloudy soba soup made with buckwheat flour. The town's soba restaurant has finally returned to Kanazawa Bunko.
