ラーメン並 700円 硬め濃いめ
豚骨感と醤油が控えめ。
2022年3月。平日の24:10に訪問。天気小雨。
店内は約半数ほどの客の入り。
U字のカウンターが10席ちょい。4名ほどのテーブルが1つ。カウンターの仕切りは2名ごと。
終電までの電車待ちが25分ほどあり、その間に訪問。
JRの駅近なので立地はいい感じですね。
ラーメン並 700円
締めラーのため海苔ライスは封印で。
およそ4分ほどで提供。
スープの豚骨感は控えめ。見た目の割に醤油も控えめ。更に塩気も控えめ。そして嫌悪感はないものの家系チェーンに良くある甘味を少し感じます。
麺は長多屋製麺の麺箱あり。食感はもっちりめ。茹で湯の問題なのかなんだかねっとりとした口当たり。
好みの味ではないものの嫌な感じはしない味。
スープに力がないので濃いめにしてもどうだかなぁ。
駅近で立地的に良いし、気が向いたら締めラーでまたおじゃまします。ごちそうさまでした。

待ち客無しも6割ほどの客の入り。
東海道と横須賀線の分岐駅であり、
終電まで余裕のあるこの時間帯は、
やはり賑わいをみせてますね。

いつものカタコイ油少なめで。
本当は普通か柔らかめで食べたいんですが、
終電や電車の待ち合わせが。。
癖の少ないスープにちょい癖の醤油。
ご飯が進む感じではないんですよね。
でも締めのラーメンとしては抜群。
