浦和駅から京浜東北線にのり、気がついたら
大船駅！！
今夜の宿！？ネットカフェの入室も決まり、
大船駅周辺を冒険してみる。
少し歩きまわるも、お店はもう
ラーメン店くらいしか開いていない、、。
そんなラーメン店の中から、
最近プチマイブーム！？
家系ラーメン『ラーメン壱六家』さんへ、
また入ってしまう、、。
訪問時間は25:15。
厨房を前にした、細長いカウンターの作りは、
家系のお店感バッチリ！
この時間のお客さんは、60%くらいの入りで
その後も同じくらいのお客さんがいる。
券売機の前に立ち、年末に食べた
チャーシューメンを思い出す。
年末は違う系列店であるのに、思わず
「チャーシューメン」のボタンを押してしまう。

・チャーシューメン 1,000円
そしていつも同じ、呪文を唱える。
＂麺：硬め、脂：少なめ、味：薄め＂
到着したチャーシューメン頂きます。
脂少なめ味薄めが、かなり効いてる！
とてもあっさりとした、家系ラーメンです。
深夜なので、このくらいが良い。
そしてこの家系ラーメンの麺、好きなんです
よね〜！！麵硬の具合も、なかなか良い具合。
トッピングモリモリのチャーシューは、
ん〜、とても薄手なスライス、食べやすさとして
＂あり＂かもしれない！？
味わいは、あっさりとした肉感が前に出ている。
そして食べながら気になっていた、メニューや
店内にプレートまで作るくらいにアピール！
》究極の食べ方《
この配分に従って、調味料を加えてみる。
にんにく ： 一杯半
豆板醤 ： 半分
胡椒 ： 少々
なるほど、にんにくを入れると、やはり
パンチ力が出てきますね〜！良いです。
そして最後は、更に卓上の調味料を全て
使いまくり味変を楽しみました。
