違うお店を目指してましたが振られてしまい、近くにあったこちらにお邪魔しました。
この字カウンターは7割埋まってます。
全員お一人様で黙々ラーメンを啜っています。
ライス率たかいですね。
入口の券売機でラーメン並(800円)を購入してカウンターに座って食券を渡します。
スタッフさんが何かを待っています。あ？全部普通でとお願いしました。
家系は脂、硬さ、濃さなど言う必要があったのですね。
忘れてました。
待つ事6分ほどでお待ちどう様とラーメン登場です。
海苔とほうれん草が食欲をそそります。
まずはスープから行きます。
結構濃厚な味ですね。
トラディショナルな家系スープなのかもしれません。
麺も中太ストレート麺で食べ応え抜群です。
途中海苔で巻いたりして家系を楽しみます。
掲示してあるおすすめの量でお酢と胡椒と豆板醤を入れて味変です。
ん？
これ美味しいですね。私はこの味変バージョンが好きです。
なんだか懐かしい家系と言った味わいでした。
