This is an artisan's shop that uses raw soup stock, rather than the instant soup that is popular among family-run restaurants.

This is a branch of the so-called Ichi-kei original. Their specialty is their homemade raw bone ramen. Along with Ohara-ya, this is one of the rare family Ramen shops in Ofuna. The balance between the richness of the pork bone soup and the spiciness of the soy sauce sauce is exquisite. The noodles are made by Nagataya Seimen and are tightly packed. The toppings are quail eggs, soft spinach, and roast pork. The roast pork is smoked pork, but it could be a little thicker. Adding grated garlic and sesame seeds from the table enhances the flavor. It's less than a minute's walk from the east exit of the station. There is almost no waiting in line during the day. However, it can get very crowded late at night.
