特製つけ麺1220円中盛80円
つけタレは、さらっとした魚介醤油。醤油のパンチが効いていて濃いめでした。
麺は全粒粉入りでした。そのまま食べると麦の香り漂う感じ。コシもしっかりあって結構硬めでした。
野菜は小松菜味はしっかりしてるものの青臭さが感じられます。
メンマは極太。味はやさしめ。
海苔は歯応えがしっかりとあり味がしっかり。香りは少しかな。
味だはトロトロ半熟卵美味い。
タレに入っているチャーシューは柔らかめ。麺の上のは厚みがあって若干硬め。味もほんのりあっていい。
飲み水が水道水で、冷えてる時は感じませんがぬるくなると臭さが目立ちます。
