当店は手作りのトルティーヤをご注文ごとに焼き上げ、和洋中問わず様々な具材を巻いて食べるスタイルのお店です。 普段不足がちな野菜を摂取して頂こうと思い、野菜がメインとなる具材や、余分な脂と皮、スジを可能な限り取り除いた柔らかチキンなど、見て楽しい、巻いて楽しい料理を取り揃えております。 |

タモーチェ初来店。
名前に親近感を感じ、友人に言われて気になっていて、やっと来れました。
12時頃訪れると、お客さんは2組ほど、
家庭的な雰囲気の、テーブル席とカウンターのある店内。
道路に面しているが、店の中は静か窓が少なくで落ち着いていて、隠れ家のよう。
メニューを見て、スペインの家庭料理というガンボが気になり、ケイジャンガンボ(950)を注文。
ケイジャンガンボ
初めて食べたがオクラの入ったスープカレーのような印象。スパイスがきいているが、野菜の甘みを感じ、食べやすいです。ご飯ともよく合い、ケイジャンチキンは、小さく切ったササミののようなお肉がスパイシーな味付けで揚がっている。
量もちょうどよく腹八分目を満たすという印象。
店内は来店後、お昼休憩の会社員や地元のお母様方も何組かみられました。
カフェのような雰囲気もあり、長い間もいられるような居心地の良さを感じます。
お店は夫婦と見られる2人が働いていて、女性の方はとても丁寧な接客で、お水を持ってくる際も、「お話中すみません」などとても気配りをして笑顔で優しくお話をして下さりました。
他にも気になるメニューが多々ありまた近いうちに来店したいです。
