本日は横浜での最終日、足を伸ばして大船までパスタを食べに来ました。定番のトラナスへ。
サラダは、5種のキノコとベーコンの和風サラダ。
いつものピザ、マルゲリータ。
パスタは、揚げナスとベーコンのアマトリチャーナ(トマトソース)。
まずは、サラダ!和風のソースが絶妙!醤油っぽい感じです。
ご飯があればススム君!
マルゲリータは、定番の絶品。生地がもっちもっち!
パスタは、ベーコンとトマトが絶妙マッチ!
全て美味しく頂きました。

I went for lunch on a weekday. It's been a year since my last visit to Ofuna. We arrived at 13:20 and there were three other groups ahead of us. This time, my wife and I ordered the lunch course. We had the "Rich Carbonara" pasta and the "Margherita" pizza. First, the lunch soup and focaccia came. The pumpkin soup and the salty focaccia went perfectly together. Next came the appetizer and salad. The appetizer was duck, salami, Simmered dish mushrooms, and tomato sauce with onion and minced meat, all of which were so delicious that I couldn't help but drool. Next was the excellent "Margherita". The thin, chewy dough was cooked just right (even the crust was chewy). The tomato sauce, cheese, and sweet basil were a perfect match! Next was the "Rich Carbonara". The sauce was rich but not too heavy, and when mixed with the al dente fresh pasta, it was delicious. I've never eaten fresh pasta with this texture anywhere else. My mouth and stomach were very satisfied. Finally, the dessert. Three kinds of Italian Cuisine Gelato. I was very satisfied with the pistachio, orange, and citrus flavors, but the slightly bitter citrus flavor was especially good! It was quite expensive, but the taste and stomach were very satisfied. I enjoyed all of them this time as well. Thank you for the meal.
