I had dinner with my family. We arrived at 18:00 without a reservation and managed to get the last seat. Caesar salad - It was a passable taste. I've been eating a lot of carbs this week, so a salad was refreshing. Stone-grilled Hamburg with cheese topping - I shared some of what my child ordered. Seasoned with tomato sauce. I think it was a good idea to order the cheese topping. Adding cheese to the tomato sauce gave it a little more depth of flavor. Homemade bolognese - You can pile on the cheese, but it's delicious when mixed together. My child liked the meat sauce, so we shared it with him too. It's a flavor that can be enjoyed by both families and adults.
