連休平日4日目は、大船を偵察。
今回は、こちらでカレーを食べるとにしました。開店11時に到着しましたが、先客2組、ウェイティングボードに名前を書いて待っていると、後から2組予約をされている方々が来られて店内へ。11時に来ても日によっては、予約をした方が良いかもしれませんね。幸い、1巡目で店内に案内され、欧風ビーフカレー、揚げ卵トッピング、ジンジャーエールをオーダー。ライスは、大盛り無料です。（ランチだけかもしれませんが）待つ事10分くらいでしょうか、ルーとライスがやってきました。
ルーは、大きな牛肉の塊が3つ、野菜は、ブロッコリー、人参、菜の花、しめじ、蕪、蓮根、じゃがいも、青菜と盛りだくさんです。ライスとルーの分離を見極めながら、端からルーをライスにかけていきます。ルーは、酸味を感じ、ピリッとした辛さがあります。私は、あまり辛いものが得意ではないですが、程よいからさで最後まで美味しく頂けました。野菜は、しっかり食感を残しつつ、良いアクセントになっています。揚げ卵も最後に潰して味変を楽しみながら頂けました。
色々な種類のカレーがありましたので、また訪問したいと思います。
