こちらのお店は11時オープン入店のお客様だけ予約可。
前日に行くことを決意したので、事前に予約等は取らず。日曜の11時過ぎに訪問すると、入店待ち7組。カレーなので回転率もいいわけではなく、1時間ほど気長に待ちました。
黒毛和牛の欧風ビーフカレーを注文。
いざ実食です。
ルーをひとくち。野菜とお肉の甘みをとらえた洋風の感じ。
牛肉はスプーンでくずせるほどのホロホロぐあい。旨み成分たっぷり、口の中でとろけます。
パクパク食べて、あっという間に完食。
長時間待つ甲斐あると思いますよ！
