先日、両親の結婚記念日に大船にて飲み会。
今回は串カツを食べてみたいという事で、
仲通り商店街の「串カツでんがな」へ。
まずはビールで乾杯。
揚げ物の前に一品ものを注文。
塩モツ煮込みとパリパリ鳥皮ポン酢
どちらも酒が進む適度なお味。
塩っぱくなく、薄めの味付けがよかった。
量と金額も釣り合っていて、
みんなで食べるというのもいいが、
一人で晩酌にも適してるなぁ。
それから怒涛のように串カツ注文。
串カツを食べに行く数日前に見た「ワカコ酒」のドラマで串カツをやっていて、
二度つけ禁止の対応方法を学んだので（笑）、
いざ実践。
牛にチューリップ、タコ、しいたけ、ミニトマト、もちチーズ
ブタ好き家族は、もち豚やとろ豚は外さない。
油っこいと思ったけど、あっさりで
サクサクしてて、食べやすいし、もたれない。
両親も大喜び。
もう少しメニューの種類があればいいな。
ドリンクは、ワサビサワーにドデカハイボール。
思い出に飲んだけど、
ちょっと私には薄いかなぁ〜。
物足りなかったわぁ。
