ランチで訪問。
場所は大船東口を出て線路沿いに並んでる
飲食店街の一角にあります。
運営は大船に本社を構える「大商企業株式会社」
っていう会社みたいです。
企業株式会社って冗長。。。って思いましたが、
中国の方が経営されているみたいなので、
まぁ日本語もあんまり分かってなくて、
会社っぽい名前にしといた的なものなのかもしれません。
あと一応、このお店以外にも
大船と横浜駅西口に「四川厨房」っていうお店も
展開しているみたいです。
このお店といい、どこにでもありそうな店名が
コンセプトなのかも（笑）
食べたのは、
ジャンボ肉餃子セット 800円
まず、餃子ですが、
確かに肉厚。餡がたっぷり！！
中身は豚肉が8割、ニラとキャベツがそれぞれ1割ぐらい。
しっかり肉餃子！！ボリューム満点！！
次にセットでついてきた麻婆豆腐。
しっかり挽肉も感じるし、ラー油も感じるんだけど、
なんかコク？というか味に「深み」みたいなのがない。
何か一つの調味料が足りてない感じ。
パズルのピースがもう少しでハマるのにって味。
にしても、このお店もそうなんだけど
何故、駅前には激安な中華料理店がいっぱいあるんだろう...
ちょっと調べてみると、、、いろんな考察があって面白い。
所謂帰化した中国人の中にブローカー的な人がいて、
基本は中華食材の商社みたいなことをしながら、
裏では中国の中でも豊かではない
東北３省の人の出稼ぎを斡旋してるみたい
仲介手数料は一人当たり200万弱ぐらいあるらしく、
日本側で物件を契約、厨房設備の工事などをしても、
２～３人ぐらい斡旋すればかなりの利益出る構造とのこと。
出稼ぎできた人も、もともと貧乏な生活をしていたので
家賃も含めて月10万もあれば十分らしく、
人件費を削ったぶんだけ、提供価格が安くなる仕組みらしい。
そしてお店も繁盛すれば、食品商社もしている斡旋業者は
商社機能としても儲かっていき、どんどん肥えていく構図…
また、帰化してないとなかなか法人登記もできならしく、
ブローカーがそのまま社長として
名前を貸すケースもあるみたい。その分報酬も．．．
なんか闇だね（笑）
ちなみに、連れてこられた方の出身である
中国の東北３省はもともと地方特性として
量が全部大盛りで、
寒いので塩分多めで味も濃いめになってるみたい。
そういう意味でお店自体は安くて満足できる
優良なお店もあるみたい
このお店も全体的に800円って考えたら
かなりのボリューム。
味はそこまでだけど、腹一杯食べたい人には良い気がする。
なんか安くてボリュームあって、店員が全員中国人。。。
このお店も闇で蠢くブローカーが一枚噛んでるのかも。
