一番人気の焼きあご塩らー麺は、まるで焼きあごをかじったかのように味わっていただける中濃なスープが特徴です。残ったスープに新潟産こしひかりを入れて、「焼きあごだし茶漬け」にするのが人気です。最後の一滴まで美味しくお召し上がりいただけます。 |
大船で所用があり、帰りにラーメン食べて帰ろうかなと食べログで検索してこちらに伺いました。
あごだしは、麺つゆなんかで食べますが、ラーメンは初です。一番人気のような焼きあごの塩、味玉を購入。
スープを飲むと焼いたあごの香ばしさと苦味を感じますが、飲み進めるとこの苦味が良いアクセントになって行きます。麺は、中太縮れ麺でスープに負けてません。トッピングは、牛肉とチャーシュー、太めのメンマもいいです。
他のメニューも食べてみたいと思わせる味でした。
