この日は年末の食材を買いに大船へ。ついでのランチで向かったのはヨーカドー近くの『ラムバレー』。店内には１周年お祝いの花がチラホラと。
自分の知ってるコチラの場所は以前はパン屋だったが、いつの間にラムバレーもすっかり馴染んでる様子。店内は半分くらいの埋まり具合い。
注文はランチメニューのジンギスカン定食のご飯大盛りと相方がラムジンジャー丼。13分で着丼、スープ、ドリンク、キムチが付いて1,000円。大盛りも無料だったのでコチラは嬉しい金額ですね‼️
ラム肉は臭みも少なくもやしとキャベツとの相性もジンギスカンで考えれば当然抜群でしょう‼️味付けは塩コショウでも良さそうでしたが、専用のタレにたっぷりと付けて頂きました‼️これまたまいう〜です‼️
ライスは雑穀米だったのでラムと同じくヘルシー仕様！またこの雑穀米がタレの染みた肉・野菜に合うので満足です。スープもまたヘルシーな感じでした。
ジンギスカン定食は口コミ情報を見ると野菜炒めがメインでラム肉がちょこっとみたいなイメージだったが、思いの外しっかりとラム肉が入っていた！
次は夜のジンギスカンとラムチョップを食べに来たいですね！相方さん曰わく本当は冷麺が食べたかったようで、再訪は必須でしょうね‼️
